FAQs

  • Along with the template, I provide you with a library of tutorials and resources on how to change basic elements. I do not provide tailored support beyond initial installation but Squarespace has customer support that should be able to help with anything you need!

  • This template CANNOT be installed on an existing site.

    You can still purchase the template, just pop in your branding, copy and images where it makes sense on your new template.

    If you’ve already paid for the plan, simply reach out to Squarespace Support, let them know you don’t need your old subscription and that you’ve purchased a new annual subscription and you’re in need of a refund.

  • Within 48 hours of purchasing, you’ll receive an email with a contributor’s invite to access your new website. The site is set up as a new trial website inside your Squarespace account. From there, you can easily customize the colors, layout, images, logo & more within Squarespace settings. No code or professional designer programs are needed to edit your website.

  • Go ahead and create an account if you do not have one, but do not purchase a plan until AFTER you receive your template. Otherwise, you will have to repurchase a plan that is connected with your new site (the template).

  • The way I’ve designed the templates requires code injection feature so you’ll need a Business Plan or higher.

  • Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned Squarespace pro, I include a document full of info to learn from. Introductory Squarespace tutorials are available all over YouTube as well!

  • Not at all! In fact, I’ve installed as little code as possible on these templates to mitigate any code-related mishaps that might come up.

License: This template can be used for one website only. It cannot be resold or duplicated. By purchasing you are legally bound to the following terms: 1. You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. You are prohibited from sharing the theme or any additional design elements we provide users with. 2. Each website template purchase may only be applied to one project/website. For example, 1 Squarespace template purchase = 1 website. If you wish to create multiple sites with the same template, you must purchase the template again in order to receive another license.

48-Hour Window: The invitation to your new website will be delivered to your email within 48 hours of purchase. If the full 48 hours have passed and you have not received an email, please contact me and I will re-send the invite.
